Allinnov will be the first applicant in the about to be patented inventions so launched for investments, the sum of investment of each applicant will be predefined by Allinnov and those investing such sums will hold the corresponding position as an applicant in the patent application being filed. Although the overall abstract of the invention will be disclosed to the investors upon successfully paying the sum of investment, the complete technical details will remian with Allinnov until the patent application is filed in at least one of the jurisdictions.

- Every single know-how and details of the invention should be kept condfidential by all the investors unitl filing and publication of the invention in any jurisdiction.
- Works of the overall invention shall be carried by any investor in the particular invention from anywhere in the world. Allinnov shall provide the secured platform to conduct discussions and transmit information to the corresponding team members within our application.
- The first creator shall be the first applicant in the patent / design and the first jurisdiction to file shall be chosen by Allinnov and also at the discretion of the applicants.
Allinnov shall take responsibility of all IP related proceedings and fund management aspects in handlings between the team members and offers no guarantees or warrenties on the commercialization aspects of the creation.
